The Evening

In addition to great food, fun, drink, and good people – we’ll be celebrating the annual ‘Ocean of Possibilities’ Award winners. This honor is dedicated to those who give back to the community centered around the ocean and beach culture.
It is our honor to announce the very well deserving 2017 recipients:
  • Beau Hodge
     is a local business owner and well known WSL and ISA surf competition announcer. Beau has dedicated years of service to AccesSurf and has been a strong voice and advocate for beach accessibility.
  • Mike Coots
    is an accomplished photographer and social media sensation who became a shark advocate after losing his leg to a shark in his teens. Mike is an ambassador for adaptive surfing around the world.

  • Mixologist serving saketini’s, beer, wine and sake (two drink tickets included)

  • All proceeds will go directly to AccesSurf programs empowering people with disabilities and changing lives by creating an inclusive community and proving beach and ocean access.  
 

The Venue

Located in Alewa Heights, Natusnoya is the only authentic Japanese teahouse left in Hawaii. Come enjoy sushi and tempura made to order and more amongst stunning views and a relaxed atmosphere.
