1. Tell us a little about yourself (Simple intro: name where you’re from, what you like to do…)

Hi, my name is Ed. I like to SUP…and eat!

2. How and when did you first hear about /start with AccesSurf?

I learned about AccesSurf from my home boss, Lynette (who volunteers as a Profiler). Our first Day at the Beach event together was around 2017. We also volunteer with Na Kama Kai at their keiki ocean clinics.

3. What does AccesSurf mean to you?

AccesSurf is our own little village of surf pixies helping ocean dreamers unlock their inner waterman! Whether they are surfing or lounging in the swim zone those huge smiles can’t be beat.

4. Favorite AccesSurf memory?

Nothing beats a party wave. :ocean::surfer::woman-surfing::man-surfing::ocean: When there’s 3-4 Participants on the same wave and they look at each other, they get a special twinkle in their eye, they seem to share a, “Yeah! We bad!” moment together.

5. Anything you want to say or share with our AccesSurf ‘ohana?

(Please refer to the home boss, Lynette…) Mahalo for recognizing Ed as Volunteer-of-the-Month!  He likes to stay out of the limelight, but doesn’t shy away from helping out where help is needed.  He is happiest on the water and that’s where you’ll find him the majority of the time he is at a Day At The Beach event!
