Join us for our free monthly program for our kamaaina, and visitors to the islands. Our certified volunteers provide therapeutic adaptive surfing, shoreline flotation and swimming for any person with a disability on the first Saturday of each month at Kalaeloa, Barbers Point Beach Park from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Participants simply need to come to the beach to sign up. We suggest arriving no later than 11:30 a.m. to ensure your surf time.
Set up starts at 7:15 am for any available volunteers.We always appreciate more help for set up! Trained volunteers will meet for orientation at 8:30 p.m. Find out how to become a volunteer.
In June, our Monthly Adaptive ocean activities will be stand up and lay down paddling, kayaking and swimming for any Military personnel with a disability will return to Hale Koa, Waikiki. Join us from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Volunteers will meet at 7:30am for set up with orientation at 8:30pm.
AccesSurf will be hosting a training session on the last Wednesday of each month from 6-7:30 p.m. at Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific, is mandatory prior to volunteering with AccesSurf to maintain the highest level of quality and safety in our programs.
