SUMMARY:Day at the Beach
DESCRIPTION:Join us for our free monthly program for our kamaaina\, and visitors to the islands.  Our trained volunteers provide adaptive surfing\, shoreline flotation and swimming for any person with a disability on the first Saturday of each month at White Plains Beach Park from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. \nParticipants simply need to come to the beach to sign up.  We suggest arriving no later than 11:30 a.m. to ensure your surf time. \nSet up starts at 7:15 am for any available volunteers.We always appreciate more help for set up! Trained volunteers will meet for orientation at 8:30 am. \nNew volunteer orientation is at 8:00am at White Plains the first Saturday of the month.
