DESCRIPTION:SPECIAL EVENT THIS MONTH WITH CITY AND COUNTY AT KUALOA REGIONAL PARK. We will NOT be at White Plains Beach Park this month  \nJoin us this month for kayaking\,canoe rides\, swimming\, stand up and prone paddling. Enjoy games and activities while learning about the history of the area. \nWe will be in the back Camp area. Please follow the signs. \nAccessible parking and drop off in Camp site A. Parking for all others will be area B. \nSet up starts at 7:15 am for any available volunteers.We always appreciate more help for set up! DESCRIPTION:August 10\,2014 from 10:00am until 12:00pm we will host a free adaptive swim clinic at Manoa Pool. \nWhether you just want to get comfortable being in the water or you are a swimmer and would like to improve your stroke and technique this clinic is for you! \nWe have trained swim coaches and volunteers to work with you on an one to one basis. \nBeginner level- 10:00am to 10:45am \nIntermediate level- 11:ooam to 11:45pm \nSpace is limited. \nPlease register by July 28th to participate. \nWe will need volunteers to assist our trained coaches and group leaders. Please let us know if you are available to help out! \nContact us at info@accessurf.org  \nBe prepared with swim goggles\, caps and any floating device to make you comfortable in the water along with water and refreshments. \n
