Our staff\, board\, leadership committee and outside medical input have decided that given the rise in cases and subsequent rise in hospitalizations that the prudent course of action at this time is to cancel our January 8th\, 2022 Day At The Beach. We know that the past several months have built up momentum in the restarting of our programs\, so we want to emphasize that this is a temporary pause and not a long-term suspension like what happened in 2020. Our other programs for the month of January are still tentatively scheduled – and we are looking forward to going to Publics Beach on February 5th\, 2022 for our next Day At The Beach!\nWe’re looking forward to seeing you on February 5th\, so stay tuned for registration opening up within the next week. Additionally\, our Virtual New Volunteer Training will still be happening on January 6th at 5:30pm.
