Space is limited \n  \nBeginner session- 10:00am \nThe focus of this group will include becoming more comfortable in/under the water\, floating\, learning water safety\, and covering the basic range of adaptive stroke motions.  \nIntermediate and Advanced – 11:15pm \nIntermediate: This group will focus on basic drills to help enhance stroke and breathing techniques in order to swim short distances without stopping\, up to about 15 yards. \nAdvanced:    The focus of this group will be mainly on stroke and breathing techniques to increase efficiency through the water. Drills will also concentrate on speed and strength.
