DESCRIPTION:WE WILL HAVE TO CANCEL THIS CLINIC AS THE POOL WILL BE CLOSED DUE TO WEATHER. \n  \nRegister early for our Adaptive Swim Clinic on October 19\,2014 at Manoa Pool \nContact Cara at cara@accessurf.org to register. Space is limited \n  \nBeginner session- 10:00am \nThe focus of this group will include becoming more comfortable in/under the water\, floating\, learning water safety\, and covering the basic range of adaptive stroke motions.  \nIntermediate and Advanced – 11:15pm \nIntermediate: This group will focus on basic drills to help enhance stroke and breathing techniques in order to swim short distances without stopping\, up to about 15 yards. \nAdvanced:    The focus of this group will be mainly on stroke and breathing techniques to increase efficiency through the water. Drills will also concentrate on speed and strength.
